UK Shipping Only: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Options & Costs:
Standard Delivery: £3.99 (3-7) business days)
Express Delivery: £6.50 (1–2 business days)

Processing Time:

Regular Orders: All regular orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping times listed on the product page.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
With all tags attached

How to Return:

Contact us at orders@rebelcurves.co.uk to initiate a return.
Pack the item securely and include your order number.
Send it to:

Please note: return postage is covered by the customer and is non refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you’d like an exchange for a different size or item, please indicate this when contacting us via email on: Orders@rebelcurves.co.uk. We will ship the replacement once the original item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at Orders@rebelcurves.co.uk with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
