United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Shipping

We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: £3.99 (2 business days from date of dispatch)

International Shipping 

International orders are sent via tracked shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically between 3-17 days from date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Please note buyers are responsible for all international shipping costs, including customs, duties and taxes. Any additional fees charged by your countries customs must be paid by the recipient.

Processing Time:

  • Regular Orders: All regular orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping times listed on the product page.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Exchanges 

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Shipping

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all tags attached

How to Return:

  • Contact us at orders@rebelcurves.co.uk to initiate a return.
  • Pack the item securely and include your order number.
  • Send it to:

Please note: return postage is covered by the customer and is non refundable. 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you’d like an exchange for a different size or item, please indicate this when contacting us via email on: Orders@rebelcurves.co.uk. We will ship the replacement once the original item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at Orders@rebelcurves.co.uk with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

International Orders 

Returns & Exchanges 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. 

if You wish to return or exchange an international order, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn,
  • In it’s original condition.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning international orders unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non refundable.

For your protection we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning international orders, as Rebel Curves cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@rebelcurves.co.uk with your order number and photographers of the issue.

once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds 

 

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be e issues to the original payment method. 
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
